What if I travel?

Want your wines to meet you at your hotel? Just update your shipping address in your account before your next order or email us the address at hello@vinomio.com.au  We can also hold your shipment until you return or reschedule delivery.

Do you deliver to my state?

Due to logistic and end cost we only deliver VinoMio boxes to ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD and SA. And don't forget - you can always send a gift to someone if we don't deliver to your state.  

When do you bill my credit card?

You'll be billed automatically right before we ship your wines to you, on a quarterly basis. For gifts, you'll be billed upfront for the total number of gift quarters you wish to give (1, 2, 3 or 4).

What is your cancellation policy?

We would hate to see you go! You can cancel at any time, for any reason.  VinoMio membership is unique in this way: you have no contracts, obligations, or fees whatsoever. Feel free to cancel or hold orders, change shipment dates, or suspend your account until further notice.

How long will it take to receive my wine? Will I receive a tracking notification?

Depending on your location, your delivery may take 5-10 days to arrive. Please note: Whilst still shipping normally, the surge in online deliveries is affecting delivery times for all our major courier companies, including Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway. On all deliveries you will receive a tracking notification via email once your wine has been shipped.

What if I move?

Be sure to update your address details on your account ASAP. Unfortunately, if it is not done before the 1st of the each deliver quarter, we are not responsible for shipments sent to the previous address. If you have doubts or questions, feel free to contact us.
