You can make one-off orders directly from our website here. You can also purchase wines as a gift for someone else without a subscription.

Yes.

Due to logistic and end cost we only deliver VinoMio boxes to ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD and SA. And don’t forget – you can always send a gift to someone if we don’t deliver to your state.  

Absolutely! Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, need a holiday gift, want to tell your mom or dad how much you love them, or need to send a thank you gift to a friend or client, we’ve got you covered.

You may update this information online by logging into your account using the password you initially created. You may also contact us for assistance at hello@vinomio.com.au

Depending on your location, your delivery may take 5-10 days to arrive. Please note: Whilst still shipping normally, the surge in online deliveries is affecting delivery times for all our major courier companies, including Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway.

On all deliveries you will receive a tracking notification via email once your wine has been shipped.

All ground shipping is complimentary. We do offer expedited services for a small premium.

In the event that VinoMio contents arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and send through photos of the damage to hello@vinomio.com.au. We will happily replace, exchange, or issue a credit or refund depending on the extent of the damage and how you wish to resolve the issue.

Be sure to update your address details on your account ASAP. Unfortunately, if it is not done before the 1st of the each deliver quarter, we are not responsible for shipments sent to the previous address. If you have doubts or questions, feel free to contact us.

Want your wines to meet you at your hotel? Just update your shipping address in your account before your next order or email us the address at hello@vinomio.com.au 

We can also hold your shipment until you return or reschedule delivery.

You can cancel at any time, for any reason. 

VinoMio membership is unique in this way: you have no contracts, obligations, or fees whatsoever. Feel free to cancel or hold orders, change shipment dates, or suspend your account until further notice.

You’ll be billed automatically right before we ship your wines to you, on a quarterly basis. For gifts, you’ll be billed upfront for the total number of gift quarters you wish to give (1, 2, 3 or 4).
